Park Manor is a skilled nursing facility that is fully certified for both Medicare and Medicaid for those who may wish to maintain their independence, but will benefit from support and assistance with activities of daily living.
Our semi-private rooms are newly renovated, bright, and spacious and we do have private rooms available. Within our home, you’ll find a casual setting designed to make life comfortable and secure.
All residents have access to Park Manor’s religious services, activity programs, barber and beauty shop services, assistance with secondary Insurance billing and banking services, as well as:
3 meals a day with snacks
Housekeeping and laundry services
Scheduled activities daily
Assistance with personal cares such as bathing, grooming, dressing and medication administration
Local transportation Services
24-hour skilled nursing care as needed
