Park Manor continues in outbreak status, which began on 1/3/2022. All exposure testing for residents and staff related to the positive test results from January 3rd and January 10th have been completed. We also continue with routine testing of any unvaccinated employees, twice weekly based on the high level of COVID-19 in Price County.
Last week, we had two employees test positive for COVID-19. Neither of these employees had worked during their infectious period, therefore no exposure testing was needed as a result of these positive test results.
An additional employee was identified as COVID positive on 1/17/2022. The first round of exposure testing was completed for all residents and staff that were potentially exposed to the positive employee, and all results were negative. We will complete the second round of exposure testing later this week.
While we are in outbreak status, residents are encouraged to wear a mask when out of their room. Although we are able to allow visits for all residents, we would like all visitors to be aware of this outbreak status and the potential risk of exposure during this time. When visiting, please wear your face mask at all times, practice good hand hygiene and follow all other core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention. If you have any questions please contact us!
