Park Manor continues in outbreak status, which started on 8/2/2022. Yesterday, 8/16/22, we had an employee that provides direct care on the 2nd floor test positive during routine testing. Residents that had potential exposure to the positive employee were tested today and will be tested again tomorrow. Employees that had potential exposure were also tested today and tomorrow. So far, all results have been negative.
Residents that had potential exposure to the positive employee that are not up to date with Covid vaccinations are currently on precautionary quarantine for at least 7 days, based on current infection prevention guidelines. The residents that are required to be on precautionary quarantine will be tested on Tuesday 8/23, and will be able to come out of quarantine on Wednesday 8/24 if their Covid-19 test result is negative.
