Park Manor continues in an outbreak status, which began on 11/13/21. We have had a total of seven employees and two residents test positive for Covid-19 during this outbreak. Our Covid quarantine unit was open for a short period until the residents completed their quarantine period, but we have since been able to close this area. We have completed all follow up exposure testing of residents and staff, and have not had any additional positive test results since 11/30/2021. If we have no further positive employees through routine testing today and early next week, we will be able to discontinue our outbreak status on Tuesday, 12/14/2021.
We continue with all CDC, CMS and DHS requirements and recommendations regarding new admissions, precautionary quarantine, outbreak and routine testing, cleaning and disinfecting, resident activities, and visitation. Although it is safest to postpone your visit to Park Manor until our outbreak is resolved, we are able to allow visits for all residents. In some situations, Park Manor may recommend visits occur in designated visiting areas to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
As always, thank you for your support. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions please contact us!
