Our Story

Park Manor’s roots go back to 1970, originally founded as Smith Associates, Inc. A few years later, the facility was renamed Park Manor, Ltd., marking the beginning of steady growth and expansion to better serve the Park Falls community. Over time, we’ve added modern features, including a dedicated short-term rehab wing, while preserving our commitment to compassionate care.

In keeping with our strong community values, Park Manor became employee-owned—guided by the belief that those who care for our residents should also help shape our future. Today, we’re proud to be 100% employee-owned and deeply connected to the people we serve.
